Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. and a map of the local area would be useful.If you are planning to arrive after 11:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Point for hotel, please put an information pack in the rooms telling what the hotel offers, and what lift to take (4 lifts in different parts of hotel but not all go to car park and some to private areas), there is a Beauty salon but only found this by accident when in wrong lift so not sure what services it offers, shuttle bus and times, bar/s opening and closing times, pool bar details/menu etc. I didn’t see much for children to do here so I would say it’s more suitable for adults but there were children and babies here. Pool music was quite loud especially when the water aerobics is on late every afternoon. There is a roof top bar, with a fantastic panoramic view, loud music goes on until about 1pm at weekends but quieter background music during the week ending much earlier. (Only wished this service was operational later at night as the walk back uphill is very steep! Downside for us was the restaurant opened for dinner between 8pm-10pm, quite late if you want to go out for the evening, so we resorted to eating out on one occasion so that we could visit Benidorm (which is about 20 minutes away by Taxi and cost around 25 Euros). It is a good 15-20 minute walk downhill to Albir centre and the beach and there is a hotel shuttle bus to the beach from 10am to 8 pm. Room was pleasant, cleaned and made up daily and a lovely mosaic tiled bathroom (standard over-bath mixer shower) stocked with toiletries and a lovely decoration to the toilet roll! Staff were all pleasant and helpful and happy to speak English as our Spanish is not too good. We had a king size bedroom facing the pool. Hotel was spotlessly clean, buffet breakfast and dinner had so many choices to choose from, what we chose each day was very nice. We drove here, so underground car parking was welcomed as no parking available around the local streets (10 Euros per night but worth it).
